I’ve gotten weaker!?


I went to the gym today after an approximately 6 week hiatus. Now i was expecting to feel a little sluggish because well i’ve been out of practice. i usually start out my lifting excercices by curling 30 lbs which 6 weeks ago was really light for me.  This time they felt a little heavy but i was able to stick to my usual routine but it was hard to keep up. The thing that surprised me the most today was that i was unable to bench successfully. I had to work with 155 lbs and i struggled with it.

Forgive me for ranting about this but this is my blog and i choose to talk about whatever i want. Next post would be about how monkeys are great…
